What We Collect

We collect only what we need to operate this website:

• Contact form submissions — name, email address, and message body. Sent to info@truscape.com via Resend. We do not store this data beyond what your email client retains.
• Landing page email signups — email address only, stored in our database to fulfill your signup request.
• Rate limiting — we temporarily store IP addresses in memory to prevent abuse. This data is not persisted to disk and is not shared.

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not deploy analytics. We do not use advertising networks.

How We Use Your Data

• To respond to contact form submissions
• To notify you when the product you signed up for is available
• To prevent abuse of our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

• Resend — transactional email delivery. Contact form submissions and signup notifications are routed through Resend. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Railway — hosting provider. See Railway's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Contact form messages are retained only as long as we need to respond to your inquiry. Landing page email signups are retained until you request removal. Rate-limiting data is held in memory only and cleared on server restart.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@truscape.com. We will respond within 30 days.
